Placenta prints are a beautiful keepsake of your baby's birth and the amazing organ that nourished and kept your baby company during your pregnancy. We use acid-free artist's paper and the natural fluids present on the placenta to make a print of the fetal side of the placenta. The maternal side can also be printed if you would like, however the fetal side is the side that features the "tree of life" design from the blood vessels that are present there. We recommend framing your placenta print in a frame that has UV light-filtering glass, to keep it from fading.
